Sundance

Step inside Sundance and you'll immediately notice the soaring ceilings and bright, open feel.

The living room gives everyone a comfortable place to gather, whether you're planning the day's adventures or winding down with a movie after a long day at MSU. A sliding barn-style door adds a little character to the clean, modern space.

Just off the living area, the kitchen is stocked for guests who actually want to use it. You'll have modern appliances plus plenty of extras for everything from game-day breakfast to drinks before dinner.

Start the morning with the provided coffee supplies, throw something quick in the air fryer, blend up a smoothie, or cook a full meal with spices and oils already on hand. We've even remembered the wine glasses!

Step outside to the back porch when you want a little fresh air without leaving home.

Sundance comfortably sleeps up to 8:

• Primary bedroom — King bed + private ensuite bathroom
• Second bedroom — King bed
• Third bedroom — 2 sets of twin bunk beds

Both king bedrooms have Smart TVs, so couples or family members can retreat to their own space at the end of the night. We know how important alone time is!

The bunk room is one of our favorite parts of Sundance. Four twin beds make it especially fun for kids, siblings, or a group of friends traveling together to enjoy late nights on vacation spent chatting, laughing, and playing games. There's also a desk in the room for anyone who needs to squeeze in a little schoolwork or remote work during the stay.

The condo has two full bathrooms total. One is an ensuite to the primary bedroom.

Sundance is located within a residential condo/apartment community. Guests have access to shared outdoor amenities, including a grill and fire pit right outside the front door.

Three free parking spaces are available for your group, also right outside the front door.

Sundance puts you in a convenient spot for both MSU events and exploring Starkville.

Davis Wade Stadium is approximately 1.5 miles away—about a 7-minute drive or 30-minute walk. The Cotton District is approximately 1 mile away, or about a 6-minute drive/20-minute walk.
You'll also have several convenient stops right down the street, including Shipley Do-Nuts, Harvey's, CVS, and Slim Chickens. That means less time running across town for coffee, food, or a forgotten toothbrush, and more time enjoying your stay!
