Prescott

Built in 2025, this beautifully designed tiny home combines warm wood, rich leather, marble, sage green, calming neutrals, and touches of gold to create a space that feels like a western wellness retreat here in Mississippi.

Spend slow mornings with coffee on the covered patio, cozy autumn evenings by the fireplace, and quiet moments upstairs overlooking the trees from your private balcony.

Step inside and you'll find a warm, modern living area where natural wood accents and neutral finishes set a peaceful atmosphere. A cowhide rug and brown leather seating bring in just enough Western character, while white finishes keep everything feeling bright and airy.

Settle onto the couch and turn on the Smart TV for a quiet night in. During cooler Starkville weekends, the fireplace built into the TV console adds just the right amount of cozy ambiance.

The sofa also converts into a queen bed, giving couples, small families, or friends additional sleeping space.

Nearby, the kitchen keeps the beautiful finishes going with an eye-catching backsplash and everything you need for the basics. You'll have a coffee maker and supplies, mini fridge and freezer, and microwave for morning coffee, snacks, simple meals, and leftovers from your favorite Starkville restaurant.

Head up one flight of stairs to Prescott's only bedroom, a private second-floor retreat with a queen bed.

One of our favorite details is the alcove window, where the surrounding wooded landscape becomes part of the room itself.

The private second-story balcony is the perfect place to step outside and take in the peaceful view over the wooded lawn below. It's a beautiful spot to start the morning, slow down in the afternoon, or simply enjoy being somewhere that doesn't feel like the middle of town.

Prescott accommodates up to 4 guests:

• Upstairs bedroom — Queen bed, sleeps 2
• Downstairs living room — Queen sleeper sofa, sleeps 2
• 1 full bathroom

Downstairs, the covered front porch area gives you access to the grill for when long game days and weekends exploring town call for something a little more substantial than the microwave can offer.

Mississippi State's campus is approximately 5–10 minutes away by car. The Cotton District and Downtown Starkville are both approximately 10 minutes away, putting restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, shopping, and MSU events within easy reach.
